My Mission
Many people find themselves stuck in feelings of anxiety, anger, depression, and stagnation - forcing them to live with patterns that are no longer helpful.
As your counselor, I want to help you explore and become comfortable with yourself. We will work through self-examination, reflection, and uncomfortable emotions so that you can move towards living your life with contentment and understanding. We will work on bringing you back to yourself so you can actually enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.
My hope is that together we can empower you to grow through self-discovery, leaving past patterns behind so you can make the changes necessary to lead your authentic life.

Depression
You’re alone and feeling lost in the dark that has crept up and taken over your life.
In counseling, you are safe to share even your darkest moments without judgment. We will work together to plan a way out of this so you eventually will have more good days than bad.
Anxiety & Stress
You are drowning and constantly feeling anxious and stressed. It’s time to take back your life and reacquaint yourself with the things you used to love.
Together, I will guide you in taking a step back and figure out how to get back to being able to relax and enjoy life.
Life Changes
A major life change can come in many different shapes and sizes and leave you disoriented. It can make you question everything.
We can work together to traverse this challenge, learn tools to help you weather the changes, and grow into your next chapter of life.
Identity
You feel discontent and don’t know why. It feels like you’re on the edge of something. Or maybe you just don’t feel like yourself anymore.
I offer a space that you can explore and process your identity - we can work on not just finding yourself, but also creating yourself.
